We’re John and Alison Baggett, a husband-and-wife team with four kids, three of whom have grown up on the ball fields and in the gyms where team spirit thrives. John, a dedicated law enforcement officer, started designing shirts for his departments and organizations, while Alison, a graphic and branding designer, brought creative vision and strategy to life. Together, we saw an opportunity to blend creativity, quality, and community impact into something bigger—Banner and Badge.
