When will my order ship?
We ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once your package is on it’s way, you’ll receive an email with tracking info.
What if I need to return an item?
While we do not offer refunds, we will gladly exchange your item for the same item of a different size. You are responsible for return shipping in the event you’d like to exchange. You must notify us within 7 business days of receiving your item that you would like to start the exchange process.
On another note, if you receive an item that is damaged please email us at info@bannerandbadge.com to start the process of replacing your item within 7 business days of receiving it.
The item I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking it?
Possibly. Depending on the popularity of each item, it is possible that we will be restocking in the future.
