When will my order ship?

If you are ordering as part of the team, your order will be delivered to your coach once the shop has closed and production is completed. For this option you’ll choose Pick up at MHS for shipping.

If you just want to support the team and do not have a way to pick up your order from the coach, please choose the standard shipping option to have your products sent directly to you! If you do not see this as an option, simply click the edit link on the shipping section in the checkout to reveal it.

What if I need to return an item?

Because our products are made to order we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

On another note, if you receive an item that is damaged please email us at info@bannerandbadge.com to start the process of replacing your item within 7 business days of receiving it.

The item I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking it?

Possibly. Depending on the popularity of each item, it is possible that we will be restocking in the future.

I made a mistake on my order. How can I fix it?

If we have not shipped your order, it may be possible for us to fix it. Please email us at info@bannerandbadge.com to see if that is possible.
